what a day for a friday night
we were queuing (sp) until about 20 minutes ago and its 8:47 pm right now, i mean don't people have anything better to do on a friday night than to call cust care and whine about random things, i miean i would rather be at a bar, or out dancing or something other than talking to someone i don't know about crap like my cell phone bill

keep talking! i just had a chick call in to suspend the anchor line of her sharable acct and boy was she pissed when I told her it would be additional mins for the other 3 lines at .45/min-offered opt-outs but not acceptable to her-wanted my sup because I wouldn't give her any options-she ended up hanging up on me with nothing done to her acct-advised her she was responsible for all charges on the device made until some changes are made-that woman taught me quite a few new words-and I thought I had heard them all! 😁

very funny my tl just asked to do a call back because my stats are ok today on how to set up OCS but wants us to call back on the weekend

it was a downtime form someone else did because they wasnted a call back tonight so i did it an then the guy wanted us to call him back on the weekend, My tl is right next to where i'm sitting so he rolled over to ask me if i would. also did you hear about a group of 5 people being sued by the Girl Guides for not paying for their girl guide cookies to the tune of $300-$1000 dollars
