Roaming agreements
Turns out that the roaming agreements made with other carriers are expiring, and Cingular has decided not to renew them. THis means that some cusotmers in areas that were previously covered, are suddenly not able to make calls at all, or are prompted for a credit card before the call goes through.
Colombus GA was the most recent place I've seen this occur..
Oh, and this does not mean a customers contract is void.

Yeah, but thats why if you remember that when the roam agreement was signed, we changedthe verbatim to every time you changed your plan witrh the famous "The majority of your usage must be on the att wireless network to be eligible for service!"
Now you why that legal disclaimed was added to the T&C, and why it was said, like i've said before hindsight is 20/20,and i saw this xoming miles ahead of time.Thats why i laughed when customers did not care when i read that to them 😈 😈
