i am on hold with another rep for the last 8 min and she just got back to me

Once I was on hold with TSD for just over an hour... I fell asleep and didn't wake up til the tech rep came on the line.

lol, i wish i could fall asleep like that but this was only for a billing question 🙄

I was on hold w/ Cingular today waiting for a number to another department. Waited on hold for 10 mins, thought maybe she was calling around for me to get the right dept, FINALLY she comes back, not remembering who i was or what i was asking for, then transferred me to the WRONG dept............ maybe she took her break while i was on hold?? 😳
