Drunk Funkin' Phone Calls

Hey everyone, lets go get real "knock down and brawlin' drunk" and protest in front of a Cingular Wireless store location. In fact lets make the only clerk there leave because they fear for their lives. And then lets get normal cust. in the store location angry by ranting on the phone to their cust. care agents. Not only that but as we are doing all this lets pretend that this is an entirely adult and sane way to handle a broken phone that is out of warranty.

That's what my last cust. conceived today as a itenierary for having his Rim device replaced.

What kind of grown adult business person thinks acting like this is professional as well as a good way to resolve a bad situation with equip.

What's happening to people these days...I ...

Gah... What makes people think that these insane methods will get them anything but a criminal record when they are hauled away? 😉

New trend with Cingular store locations is in store security guards. Now I've seen this happen to Taco Bell and McD's with the security guards but a wireless phone store. Come on. Get over it. Buy a new phone. Stop bothering the companies for free stuff and maybe someday they will start offering "perks" to good custs again.

People are getting to be a bunch of adult babies.

No FON FOR YOU!(until you clean your room and eat your vegetables)

Agreed, someone out there needs to create a wireless service, with awesome rate plans, and higher then normal pricing on phones to start off with.

Customer are then made aware that: "If you stay with the company past 1 or 2 years of active service, we will get you better pricing on phones, and as long as you continue active service you will continue to get better pricing."

Existing customer's get better benifits over new customer's signing up and BAAM, everyone switches to better company and then MONOPOLY!!!

Hmmmm, what about having the security guard at the store also being a CSR? Please hold ma'am, gotta bust some heads real nice and quick and then we'll go over your rate plan options!

If nothing, it would stop people from physically threatening you!

That is funny you say that, because that is the idea that my fellow reps and I throw around all the time. Higher prices for phones at the start and slowly giving promos and cheaper prices for phones, if they got good enough no one would leave (or rather fewer people would leave). We talk about that and if Canada had better calling plans, however right now Bell is giving me 1 year of unlimited local calls for signing a 3 year contract. Even if I cancel in a year and pay thier ETF it still is cheaper than anything else I could have gotten.

Now if only Bell could put up more towers or something, I have to flip my phone to analog at my house to get any service.

You know what, I think me and my roommate will start up a company, YEAH, we will make it awesome and better then the other companies. We will make it better for the customer and treat the employees as employees, not numbers.
