I just jad a call and it was these kids trying to be funny, ill just write it as it went

kid-"Do you want a cookie"

Me-"well, yeah i want a cookie"

Kid" Um..."

Clearly this was not the answer they were looking for"
Me "So im to understand you dont have any cookies
Kid "No........"
Me-"well what are you doin calling up asking if i want a cookie when you dont have one?"

Kid "Im sorry man, this totally backfired" and hangs up.

Now is that classy or what>? 😎

It was great when you heard all of the kids in the back ground laughing at me buring this kid.
I had someone call like 3 months ago looking for "Candy". Now who knows what he wanted but i told him for that convo to go any farther i needed him to be over 18 with a credit card..........Yeah my TL didnt think that was too great 🙄

Lol, thats funny!

I once had a call where it was a kid on the line who was silent for the first few moments, then when i started saying the Dead air verbatim, 'customer i cannot hear you..,' the kid, probably about 4 or 5yrs old started finishing it, 'if you can hear me pleaase call611. i can't hear you...' etc.
he called in to 611 so many times he had remembered the D-A-V!
in events there were pages of notations, 'kid playing on phone', 'dead air', 'prank call'.

i thought it was cute
