ATTENTION all Orange reps

First of all, this is not meant to be a battle, but it needs to be said.

I have received calls from "O" (Orange) reps with Blue accts that haven't even bothered to ask the customer's name. Just a suggestion, have some common sense, ask the flippin name. Put yourself in their shoes, would you want to be asked all these questions to find out that they need to be xfered? Come to the Blue side and have to repeat everything ALL over again? I know that I wouldn't!

When you call to the Blue side, ya'll need to have some respect toward us. We are NOT the enemy ya know. We are customer care reps just like yourselves. Some of ya have no manners and demand our ID's but won't give theirs...mmmm wonder why? I know why. FEEDBACK ON YOUR ASSES...

Keep preachin man. Theres nothing i Hate more then doing my opening then hearing, Beep Beep and the cust doesnt know whats going on. Can you not stay on the line for another 30 seconds and explain the issue? And theres nothing i hate more then giving the number, then being put on hold for 8-10 mins while you bring up the account. We all know your tlakin with your friends. If your afraid of losing you job, hes a little tip, DO YOUR ****ING JOB

And what is with Orange Cing. reps calling and telling us whats going on and all of a sudden "Here she comes!" and the customer is on the line. No introductions or anything? Dont you have the ability to conference a call and introduce rep and customer? I agree, they are trying to get us to take up Cingular protocols and everything and I understand its all under Cingular now and they can do whatever they want but in terms of rep interactions, Orange care could take a lesson or two in courtesy and respect from us, their blue colleagues. AKA "the enemy"

I just talked to a Cingular rep, when she asked me what the customer was wanting. I told her it was about the current invoice. So the rep proceeds to tell me what was going on and assumed i would pass it on to the cust. INSANITY!!!!! ................. as well I had the name and last 4 to ID the account for her

Just tell them that you can't make notes on the account and you would like to get on to the next customer. That should get them to take the call and stop being dicks.

I just got an orange rep threatening to escalate on me.

She gives me the acct # to a blue TDMA acct (NOTE TO ORANGE REPS! If the cust migrated then give the wireless #! Takes forever to bring up TDMA accts with acct #)

So I bring it up and ask what the call is about. "O" Rep states cust got a $100.00 bill with this acct # and wants to go over it. I tell her that the balance is zero and that the cust already paid the final ATTWS bill of $19.00. I can't help a cust with a bill that doesn't exist! She says "Are you going to help the customer or do I need to talk with your manager."

So I let her transfer the customer over. Cust concern. His bill says ZERO balance and just shows his last payment made to the ATTWS acct!!!! :evi...

You hear that Orange reps, we are on to you and we are not going to stand it anymore, we are going to demand your CUID's or we will refuse to assist YOU!!! Everyone around me, band together and stop these relentless pursuers of the not-doing-their-jobs-properly group and lets oppress them back to doing their jobs!!! Who is with me??!?!?!

LOVE LOVE LOVE (cant stress it enough) Dave Shapelle! I used to think Chris Rock was the God to be worshipped when it came to black stand up. Then I watched the Shapelle show and my mind is forever changed. Though I still love Chris Rocks "We dont need no gun control, what we need is some bullet control!"

That routine was good except for the racial part. I'm not even gonna get into that because that's a Panadora's box waiting to happen.

I am sorry, I came off different than I intended. I am part of a muti racial family and am the least racist person there ever was. I am unbelievably open minded and accepting. I was using the word 'black' as a description meaning no offense at all. Simply like "he is the funniest blond haired stand up comedian I have ever seen" or something similar. I just wanted to let you all know so nobody does decide to open Pandora's box. If I did offend anyone I am very sorry.

And some people can't discern context clues. The statement was that I enjoyed the routine except the racial part. At no point did I make any reference to anything she said. You should really take a moment to look something over before you comment on it, or you could continue your statements with no factual basis and I could begin picking apart everything you've ever said/will say, just to be a dick. You decide.

Oh no no no no no no....I wasn't accusing you in ANY way of being racist. I was just referring to his racial remarks about white people in that standup routine. Nothing you said was in the least bit racially motivated. 🙂

PS what color are you in Scotin? According to the flags I am blue downstairs though the closest wall to me is painted puke green. I heard they actually hired a designer to pick our colors? I would like to know who he is and why the h*ll did he pick these F-ugly colors?!?!?!?
