So many stupid customers. I just got this lady demanding I transfer her over to Telesales, so I got her to what I think was telesales. I just cold transfered, I do apologize to the rep. that got her. She didn't want to verify her account and she didn't want my help.

I checked the notes and it looks like she wanted a PDA phone. We couldn't migrate her because she lives in one state and her number is based in another. She got upset and 12 minutes later I receive her call.
