Saying the migrating option might have worked with someone else, but she just wanted a FREE phone with no new contract.

Well as for the blue to blue, i'd put it in cup if she had agreed under their AWID,not mine, cuz there would be heat on them over it.
As for her wanting a free phone with no contract, i'd have simply said, mrs XXX, see that phone you got in your hand, your last contract got for you, so you want something, we want something in return, if you don't, we won't ...
