been here almost a year, but the custs today are messed up! one man wanted me to give him his acct number and when I did he argued that wasn't right!(like I can't read a screen?) another chick wanted to migrate but was in a divested market and denied that as well...

true dat,yesterday my friend had one lady call in that just came out of the hospital, she was out of there because she was off the drugs for a short while, she kept on talking to her cat (if there was one there) and many other screwed up things, negitive escalation turned to positive, thankfull not vice versa for him, but that gave me a good laugh for a good while
