Shouldn't RM be able to have accounts sent to an OCA if the customer specifically states they are not going to pay their bill?

I had called RM on 2 other accounts and they did it for me, I even saw several other accounts where that happened.

Did this policy change or what?

I don't think they can do that. They can probably only be sent to an OCA over time. Because if a customer cancels an account, and states that they will not pay bill.. and the rep is able to send it to an OCA right away, and does, and then the customer calls back and compalins that the account was sent to an OCA too fast and the rep did not note the account... then it would cause a lot of confusion.... right??

No what they can do is have it canceled for non pay while its an active service.what makes it go to OCA, is the payment history, if there a bad pay history, its sent off with 1-2 weeks, if the account was a good payer, they give 4-5 weeks. It all depends.
