Does anyone read account notes?

There was this account that was closed because of DEFINITE Subscription Fraud. Customer called in previously and Rep informed her that the account was fraudulent when it clearly stated (and per policy) not to inform customer why service is cancelled and that all calls need to be immediately transfered to the Fraud Dep't.

And I thought common sense was common... 😕

Unfortunatley not. Especially not in the good old US of A.

Just like common sense should tell you when you recieve a bill for $400 you should actually open it and take a gander instead of calling customer care immediatley to scream and curse!!! I actually had this the other day. The guy hadn't even opened the bill, just saw the balance and decided to call and **** on my head!

if common sense is not so common than why do they call it common... mabe because common sense should be common but it is not common, so why am i still talking about this? 😕 🤣

I got one for you, customer activated in nov,2004, and ran up 3 months of service, and claimed it was fraud, they investigated, but based on no proof, just the customers word, they gave credit on the account for over $300.00+ in credit for charges, she did prove she is account holder ,and is using it, and three months later, the ...
