Hey all! Just got a great tip from my neighbor who got it from her cust. You all know about the pain in the butt charges for premium text message transactions that charge like a 1.99 everytime they text message you? Call this number: 866 784 7712. It's called M-Block and they are the billing company for these guys. call it, put your number in the IVR and you can then be taken of their lists.

FYI its not just ringtones on those, ther also give jokes of the day, that you still pay for, rntones is the mo...

Those premium text charges are because Cingular opened up e-wallet accounts for all customers and they were only supposed to be for GSM customers, not TDMA.
