Really? That's what I do here! Leave it to a multi-billion dollar international corporation to have redundant departments.

Does SST also surf phonescoop and read magazines like we do here?

SST is responsible for answering general questions and inquiry's about plans, features and costs. They can see the GSM Look Up Tool (or GLUT) and sort of see bills too. They are famous for giving misinfo and not notating accounts with this ("well was speaking to someone and they told me calls to Germany from my cell fon in the middle of the day were free, and wouldn't come out of my minutes!!!") Because they cannot notate. Cannot apply credits and the only way they can add a feature to an individual line (not a shared plan mind you) is by submitting and NWRS form or something which is apparently unreliable because it usually doesn't happen in actuality.

On the good news side of this story, after a team meeting that turned into a "B*tch ...
