Ugly phone?????
Had a woman call in.....she had been denied a WEX(warrenty xchange) because she had insurance....She turned down the lockline phone because she had to pay the deductable...called back in to see if we could get her a phone because she didnt want the same phone because it was ugly....She wanted quote "a pretty flip phone". I explained to the cus that where she had insurance she had to go through it to get the replacement phone. She whined a little...no alot and then hung up after getting the insurance number from me

ive got a stress relief ball that looks like a nokia 5100 series, stubby antenna and all. it may be an "ugly " fone, but it "works**"
**by works i mean i can stretch, squish, twist crush, throw repeatedly against my cubicle, and even throw it at another person(its made of foam), and all is well, Try that with a pretty yet flimsy flip fone!
