UPDATE ON THE QUITTER
Basically the firing went like this
I took my last* Call and had opened, thank you for calling cingular, the charges are valid, how may i assist you today and basically credited back someone one dollar on a 200.00 roaming bill. I get off the call to be buzzed right away by my MO, not TL, MO.
I go into his office andit basically goes like this
MO-"Um, i though i had explained earlier that any further enfractions within the next 90 days would result in your termination."
HPJ-"Oh, i thought you ment within the next 90 minutes. Now i undertand."
The MO has a blanmk look on his face
MO-"Um, usually your suppose to read something before you sign it."
HPJ-"Oh, see i was drunk when i signed that" (ever wish you didnt say something)
MO-"Do you want to go home now? We're doing VGH as if in you dont come back tomarrow, or the day after"
HPJ-"So a 4 day weekend right?"
MO has that funny look again
HPJ-"Actually i think ill just wait out the rest of my shift then ill go home"
MO-"Why?"
HPJ-"Im driving someone home at 9"
anyways the MO does some stuff and im back on the phones for some crazy reason for another 30 mins. I take a few more calls crediting ppls bills for no reason and then left. Thats about it, no speacial things. I was actually hoping security would walk me out but they wouldnt do it.
So i feel sorry for all you guys still on the inside, your first week out is weird cause you feel like your going to get suckered back in somehow. Then the alcohol fixes that problem and its all good. Later all

It's more fun to make fun of a customer then use fowl language, as it's more insulting then resorting to the easy way out.
