any calls in queue?
Are there any calls in queue? it takes 10-15 mins for a call to come through---not that I'm complaining-it's great for a monday morning, but really getting hard to stay awake 😉

Dang, have been getting back to back for about 6 straight hours. Almost alll of them are WEX calls too.

almost every other call that comes in has to be transferred, but they're taking quite a while to get through-picking up now though and they're more and more harrassing now-people want more credits and/or the ones they got explained and issued again! Billing issues suck! 😢
