shoot the person that created the PAR report.
Do it now.
do not hesitate.....

that person has never worked an honest day in their life and most likely has the logic(or lack thereof),work ethic(none), and brains(???) of PARIS HILTON...and sadly probably is paid as much in salary and bonusses as our "*talented Ms Hilton*"

honestly, it is REVERSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, that person is succeedeing in corporate sabotage, and sinking your revenues and customer base by manipulation of underpaid CSRs, it has to stop

Got dinged for "repeat calls" and was forced to open and look at every one so I could "explain" what I was doing wrong. Well, since eight of the eleven account had ZERO notes after mine I have ZERO idea why that person may, or may not, have called back. So, unless you can show me accounts with notes on them I haven't a clue. Unless we really are counting a transfere to anothe department as a repeat call (as I've heard from some managers).

So not only am I ding for a magic number no one can explain, I'm forced to prove I did nothing wrong. And even if there is a REAL reason, there is no process to CORRECT the TCP ... I mean PAR ... report.

It's like my supervisor put it. AT&T Wireless was about customer service, Cingular is about making money.
