MY THOUGHTS - You know, suck it customer I am doing my job, next time I will just inconvenience you by taking my sweat time giving that info while I go over the options for migrating you to Cingular. You have all pissed me off and now I return the favor.
Next call is from a customer who had past due charges on her account, guess what, thats right, a note from a rep telling customer the account balance and she is stating she had no previous knowledge about these charges.
