what the upgrade program at&t has for thier cust, i hear a free phone with a 2 year contract what about a 1 year contract and what would the prices be with no contract? just a question don't want to call cust care

No contract you pay full price. 1 yr for most people is 30.00 off the base price. 299.99 - 30 = 269.99. For example. I had a cust that couldnt grasp that. Got it eventually. 39.99 or higher with a 2 yr now and everytime you upgrade. Yep phone at new cust pricing. With a 2 yr now its not hard to get a phone for cheap anyways. You'll have to pay something but hey. We dont make the phones so we cant afford to give em for free all the time.
