Yeah so this lady calls in to complain that her kids services are shut-off for non-pay, she states she spoke to care who put a note on her account. Congratulations, care put a useless note on your account, RM should have been the one to do it.
Oh well no one told her this, guess what you ask and we tell we don't read your mind and do it for you. The other problem is that you shouldn't be having a past due, if you were responsible, your balance would be up to date every time an invoice printed.
You can't blame us because YOU are the one that put yourself in this predicament... byotch.

...Or They call in like the guy I had earlier. Had text mess added to the plan back in Sept. was of course charged for it after that. claims he didnt have it added and that I was going to credit him for the full 7 months. I let the cus know that it was his responable for reviewing his bill and that all charges were legit and valid. Cus became very irate of course and demanded to see the signed contract with his sig authing the text mess package. I let the cus know that we would not access his acount without auth and asked him when he first noticed the charge (I was going to give him 2 months plus the pro rated month as well) cus told me he first noticed back in Nov that the charge was there. I then told the cus that he should have called bac...

I like the custs that wait until they have huge overage charges to call in to complain. Just want ask them why they didn't call in three months ago when the went over as well.
