God the servey at the end of the call is the stupidest thing Ive ever been forced to do. now instead of helping the smucks out we now have to fish for complements from them at the end of the call...I fell like a dick for doing it..its like

"Well now that Ive done all I can do for you how about stroking my ego a little.....yea right there.....bring on the next call"

God its dum and yes I ment to leave off the "B"

LOL, I have been getting nothing but 10's and a few 8's, no 7's yet, I do not want to have to ask them why they gave me a 7.

Very funny line there though, it is making my morning go by awesome, keep up the good work all and lets cram more crappy scripts down customer's throats.

Yeah, I don't do it period. Remember those CEG Checklists that were MANDATORY and the results will be CHECKED EVERYDAY, DO THEM DO THEM DO THEM!!!!! And what happened to them? Same thing as everything else, nothing! 😕

only a few calls get the special survey, if they are quite short, no longer than 7 mins or its a waste of breath and PAR

Or there's my rout.

Self, I think I did a 10 on that call. Now this one, I give my self an 8. I'll take a 7 on this one and blame the IVR, oh yeah who's you daddy?

It is so horrible, and the email we recieved today. It was indicating that the call closing pilot would continue indefinatley and they would give us a no on a monitor if we didnt use it...

wow whats this about surveys? what department are you in? I personally am in blue CC and we at this point don't have to ask any surveys

regina supposed to unless irate, transfer, or rep, but those with high call times are excepted as this makes PAR worse
