hah nasty, i still know nothing, we had trainign yesterday for 15 minutes on that new survey, and a few days ago on quality

Got done with the training. It's about the new rate plans, a new txt msg troubleshooting tool, and we're now allowed to use rez desk to help with migrations if a cust is hesitant. Not sure exactly how to use that last one though since they have the same options as us.
