and Amon Amarth actually originated from Norse mythology, along with most refference from the tolkien series. Amon Amarth is actually elfish for " Mount Doom " . and FYI the band Amon Amarth is something Classified as Viking Metal, bassically growling, melodic and fast music, inspirational lyrics, fun to drink to 😁 (I like the last one best 😁)

Ever hear of Rhapsody. They are a nord-original that describes their style as epic hollywood metal. Very fun, they sing about questing and dwarves, dark lords and swordmasters. Good metal, too. I didn't know that Tolkien's words were derived from the norse, though it does not surprise me. That man was a master of mythos, and so were the norse.
And murder ballads is definitly the best album.
