Halifax AVL sucks today
what's with the AVL today? Weekends used to be not that bad, but today more calls are coming in than any other day this week. Monday was slower than this. What a bunch of retards in the scheduling dept.

I think we get paid decent for what we do. It could be better yes, but could be much worse.

I just got a $0.27 raise, and I am excited. That doesn't say much does it? We are underpaid, but its about the best you can get for the money considering the education you need is almost nil.
Availability is at 59 at 8:24pm so it hasn't gotten much better thru the day shabbydog.

I have a degree in business and 9 years management exp. and I can't find a job in Halifax because this town sucks. $0.27 is a very low raise since we have to wait 6 months to get one of those. To get to $13 we'd have to be here for years. NOt I, not this life...have to leave soon.

i worked OT on a saturday and NEVER AGAIN!!! calls were back to back to back all day as our centre had a lower rep population than usual, and most cingular departments were closed, so who gets to take the calls of our GSM , prepaid,and business customers?...You got it Pontiac, we do..."i'm sorry ,idont have access to that sytem, but if you call back monday..."
