What the hell has happened to this forum?? Ever since ATTWS fell on the sword of Cingular this forum has been reduced to a sad little sideshow...I miss the ATTWS forum of old when Verizon and all the other carriers used to come in here to try to start trouble and ATTWS fought tooth and nail with them. But now...how times have changed... đĸ Oh well just thinking aloud mates sorry. đ

Most ATTWS reps don't feel arguing for Cingular is in thier benefit since a lot of things were lost to them. Also there is no ATTWS to fight for and since they really haven't done much with the Cingular side, what are they supposed to fight for?

We just spend our time here, thinking of the good old pre-merger days. Back when AT&T would give everything away even if it was bankrupting them. But it made things easier on us đ The rest of the time we bitch about Cingulars new policies, and regulations.

I didn't mean to make you sad. Just wanted to help you see why most reps aren't fighting anymore. I definately understand how you feel. It was good to see reps/employees who had faith in the company they worked for.

Me sad? Never sunshine. That's just what I missed about the old forum that fighting spirit. It made me proud to be an AT&T customer. I can't blame the reps for being upset about the raw deal they have been getting since the merger. That's the way business is sometimes. đ

Yup and we all have to live with it. I came to Cingular from ATTWS so that's why I have a little bit of insight on the feelings of the reps.

I went the other way myself. Every time some customer tell me that things were better before the merger I want to tell him ,"Man, you don't know the half of it."
