most rate plans for cingular include mobile to moble and long distance(with in the calling area) also have unlimited nights and weekends

My plan doesnt come with mobile to mobile EXCPET between the 2 phones on the plan BUT my nights run from 6pm to 8 am for 5 bucks a month

Cingular has Nights and weekends from 9pm to 6am unless you want to pay $7 per line, then they go from 7pm-7am. The '7-7-7' feature as they call it. And Mobile to Mobile to about roughly 49 000 other customers which does not come out of bucket minutes no matter what time of day you call. I think Cingular has the better MTM deal but the 7-7-7 is crappy. 3 lines? extra $21 a month to have your evenings start at 7pm? not worth it unless you do alot of calling between 7pm and 9pm. Not to mention Rollover where your unused minutes dont expire, the follow you for a year.

i know i was just told about some stupid new policy and asked the red hat why us reps aren't told about it and he said because they only tell redhats and then tell reps on a "need-to-know" basis, but my thought is when we are talking to the cust and telling them some info that has changed and that impacts our decision, i'd say thats pretty "need-to-know"!

Sorry about that all, was an oversight on my part, or a small memory lapse whichever way you choose to look at it. $7 per line to a max of $14.
