Got to love it.
Had a great call today. Customer calls in asking to have me block all incoming calls that do not show what number they are. Apparantly he had been receiving harassing calls.
So, I let him know that we do not have a method of doing so, and that if he is receiving harassing calls we can change his number for him, but of course that's not good enough. He proceeded to yell at me for an extended period of time, about how he is going to put this in his blog, and thousands of people are going to read it and boycott cingular because of this.
Right buddy. Sure.
Then he insists that he is going to put my name on there, and get me in trouble. Great. If only he had my last name. Gave him both at the beginning of the call, but he's a dumbass, a...

What an idiot. I just went on that site and it has nothing to do with wireless service and anyone accessing will not care what he has to say about it. The site states that it is about: (copyied & pasted from site) "Campbell Technical specializes in hard to find, out of production, discontinued, and "obsolete" data storage devices. This includes hard drives, tapie drives, and mass storage DLT and 8mm libraries."
