Divested Cust

I love when I have to transfer a divested cust just to hear the scripting. "Thank you for calling the wireless call centre" How much more generic can you be?

no kidding-I had a divested rep call to transfer a cust who wasn't divested and she ended that way instead of thanking her re: Cingular-like she didn't k now it wasn't a divested user? 😲
