so a woman calls in looking to have some of her bill explained..no problem right a nice easy call HA

I was like 😳 "ma am its the main line and the 59.99 is the price package you picked when you went on service with us"
5 or 6 minutes later of explaining she finaly got it

yeah, "im on a 9.99 shared plan, each line is supposed to be 9.99, how come i am charged $67?
Well you are on a shred plan $59.99 +taxes, your 3rd line would be 9.99 if you had one, you've had this plan and same charges since 1998.

nope never like that , but someone i know had a call where the woman thought her phone was solar powered and couldnt figure out why the phone was not working after she charged it for 3 days straight!!!!
