How?
How does a company with so many resources to track their agents' released calls manage to not be able to get a combined order system where we would be able to see orders placed at Bell South or the blue side or in a store or online. Why do thay have to have 20 different departments for each?

Why? that does NOT make sense at all. They are only hurting themselves! For instance if you take a rep who has been going around in circles for the past hour they are not likely to be in such a good mod anymore. In addition the custoemr isn't going to be in such a good aftyer holding for an hour they are more likely to cancel because they are frusterated!

it doesn't make sense, but that's the way it is everywhere. the real question is how they manage to remain profitable

by paying us in canadian money they save like 50%, but stan actually thinks hes saving 100% and goes to bed laughing, as he believes hes paying us in monopoly money and mcdonalds coupons!
