I'm satisfactory. I am still getting used to my morning shift. Ugh. The doom is that I still hsve just over 7 and a half hours left.

Oh, well. I'll get used to it once I start getting to bed earlier.

It takes about 2 weeks to be fully used to it-stick it out-it'll come for you! calls are easier in the day and there's less time to fall asleep during the day

Ha ha. I've been trying to nap all morning, but god-damn, god-DAMN the telephone. I just refused a lady credit on a full bill, even though she ported out 2 days into her billing cycle. Haw haw!

darn calls-why do they have to interupt our sleep? lol! 😁 refused to issue credits for activation fees and the rep who brought them over said he'd take responsibility for them if I would just issue them-I heavily notated the acct that I was forced to apply these credits with his 1st/Last name/awid as verification! Hope he doesn't get in too much trouble! 🙂
