So's I sez to 'im, I sez......

So, I get this customer. He got a bill, but he claimed that he cancelled his service in August of 2004. Fine, look at the account, find out he only suspended in August. Tell him that, he back pedals, sez that's what he meant.

Strike One

So, he sez to me, he sez, 'I called in November and cancelled.' Ok, go check that out. Ok, sorry bud. Not a single call between September 1st and February 21st. Ouch.

Strike Two.

So, I sez to him, I sez, everytime someone accesses your account, it records on our system. You didn't call because I don't see it. He accuses me of providing poor customer service, because I was ignoring his threat to move all his lines to a different company. He's getting agitated now, starting to swear a bit.
