So yesterday this center offerec VTO (voluntary time off) because it was not so busy. So I said sure, I'll help the company out and take 1/2 the day off.

So I get the par report yesterday, took 30 calls and 2 people had short called me (they hung up within 20 secs) and IM TO BLAME FOR NOT PASSING THE F****** STATS! GOD THEY ARE SO ******!

ive got 6 calls so far and 4 transfers, giving me a transfer% of 👿 😈 66.666% 👿 😈 !, better yet my first 3 calls were xfers, so that was 100%, any bets i wont pass PAR today?

Can i get a door prize for coming close on most except transfers? a porsche would be nice 🙂

It didn't happen JUST because of that, it can happen to anyone. That is my point, and it's a perfect example of WHY PAR HAS TO CHANGE...

Thinking about par though... by definition of short calls (a short call is the rep hanging up on a customer or being hung up on within 20 seconds of the call opening), you can do this on average of 2 times max per day.

That means, they allow reps to hang up on customers twice a day usually. Any more than that and you show up on the report and someone looks into you. WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW ANY HANGUPS! Why would they allow customer hangups to show as REP hangups?

That means, if you don't have any hangups in the day, and you want to hang up on customer before your shift ends, you can!
