That story saddens me a lot. Everyone wants everything free and its a shame. People are too greedy these days. But whenever they encounter someone who pleases them, the customer never goes out of his/her way to acknoledge the service they have received. Maybe it's because they have nothing to complain about? Maybe it's just the way the world is?

This is the worst thing I have read in years, and I read the economist! There is no justice for Sam, and by ****, I'd give my left testicle to make it right.

grounds probably are the fact that he gave a cust a free month of service and a razor phone for $20.... do you honestly think that something wasnt going to be said... sure sam you did a great thing by trying to sve a customer but a razor???? come on man. discount that cla or case, something we dont get paid very much for and also doesnt cost cingular a lot of money.
disciplinary program under the cobc, ethics compliance program. and employee relations program does not provide consistent discipline for all cingular employees, even though it states they do. The ethics office reviews and results in a final written warning or termination with written warning . first we need to know if he was given written documentation as a new hire. not 4 yrs ago . was is rolled out in training. maybe we dont know. was this decision for termination cunsulted with the ethics office ? perhaps. code of business conduct. issue was not over the 150 something he gave out. If it was hed of been personally charged the 150 something and the customer would have gotten what he wanted. customer did not get the benifit...
