PAR Questions....
I'm sort of new,so bear with me on my uneducated inquiries....
What is the deal with PAR? How does one check it?What happens if you don't,or you forget to document every transfer or call closing compliment each day and/or not send it to your TL? Will they walk one out the door in this case?

Our manager had us go back and review our repeat calls (we all missed PAR because of them) and most of them are customers who didn't like the word "NO" its insane.

ok well I just have to ask what this means because I have no idea really. What do u mean ur manager made u go back and review the calls? You keep all your phone numbers? U had to go into all the accounts again or you had to call people back?
