YUP. Moeny motivates. It would also stop or at least slow down the constant new hiring that must be done. (Which costs lots itself.) Meaning better motivated, better trained and more loyal CSR's.

yeah im bored today. thats why i asked, the pay is horibble. the job monitoring now that cings in the picture is unfair mainly par. i see no reason to be upbeat and have good tone and demeaner . id bet if these reps valued theyre job more the meaningless i got a rude customer bitching will stop . imagine, great customer service , where things actually get done.

Absolutely. For whatever I get paid I have a limit to what I'm willing to do. If you want more from me, you'd better be willing to fork over the dough. Of course, for 25.00/hr, I'd expect my boss to be very picky about my performance and I'd be equally punctilious--because who wants to LOSE a job that pays that much? It's being subjected to endless petty harassments and requirements that feel like being nibbled to death by ducks for chump change that makes me feel like a total tool--I'm willing to do it, but you better pay me well to take your crap... 😛

HELL YEAH!!!! And if they paid me 30 a hour, well you would be surprised what I will do ;)

I would even be happy with $15.00/hour, that would be better then this $10.04/hour useless crap they are paying me now to do more work then I originally signed up for.
