The one I am in now, almost 7 minutes of queue and NO VTO!!!

yeah i signed up for vto , have 3 hours left no break. thing is if i went to lunch and thats when they asked my team. i signed up b4 all of them had i of shortened my lunch id be getting drunk right now .. aaaaaaarrrggghhhh!!!!
