i've had a number of cust call in with major battery issues for their v551's. I did some research and came up with a possible answer but i need it confirmed before i start relaying it to others. I heard that one of the recent firmware upgrades that they've been putting on new v551's was faulty and causing battery life to diminish and higher rates. anyone heard anything like this?
