what would make a moto v60i to ring only once when the ring styles says "soft" and under soft detail the calls is on silent.??? PLease help she's on my phone now

I checked all the ringers. Phone out of Warranty she wasn't too impreseed with the thought of upgrading. Told her to talk to moto themselves. Maybe they would be able to figure it out.
