New Rate Plans
Hey everybody how are the new plan s going over with your customers? Mine was right PO's because some rep gave her the old plans and she called back 15 minutes later and got the new plan from me and thought I was just making it up. Why do people always think that the second person they talk is the one that's mistaken? How would I benefit from that like seriously. We don't change the plans just to inconvenience HER! There's no "Oh Ms. Smith just called in and was told this Quick! let's change it before she calls back!" Where do people get these ideas?

I don't know. For some reason the plans didn't take effect at the bigining of the day. Whe I first opened the mig tool this morning it had the old plans, and now when I opned it the new plans were there (same market).

Interesting. The girl who gave this lady the wrong info was actually on my team. i went and talked to her about it and she just got confused.

That customer got really pissy at me. I wish we could say "hold on a moment" and get that person who told them what they think is right. I would have made her take the callin a heartbeat.

ya. sumthing like that sort of happened to another team member.....one person had an escaltion that went to a sup. then another team member got the person calling back later that day saying the sup said sumthing besides what was in the notes. something like the problem would be fixed in 3 hours. the guy who got the call was like sup X didn't say that . cust was like yes he did. rep was like i can go ask him if you want. cust was like ok nvm.
