Vesta? Who the hell are they?... and no, sorry.
...
It's a prepaid thing. My center is getting prepaid dept and I'm in training for it. yay! Vesta is supposed to handle replenishments or something and noone can figure out what their direct number is LOL
...
i do prepaid act for blue..go phone and free to go.. ive been doing this over a year..never heard of vesta.. what the??
...
it's who we're supposed to send custs to when they want to make a cc or debit card etc payment. at least, that's what we're being trained to believe.
...
I used to be a free2go rep before they forced us to GSM, and I know vesta all too well.
Back then there was no direct number to vesta.. you either reached them from the automated system, or you called the speed dial number for your centre.
Here it's 540, but I'm not sure if it's the same for all call centres.
I've asked around and everyone says no direct number.
...
Yeah, I think we're finding that out now. my neighbor called over to prepaid who said it could only be accessed through the 888 7600 number so now she's calling that to see if she can get a rep from there who can give a direct number if, of course, any exist. For you prepaid reps, how do you like it? it seems like a pretty easy system.
...
Ha! Well, it's offical. they don't have an external number. thanks for the replies guys!
...
Super easy.. but I don't do it anymore.
Our centre was all moved to GSM.

that # routes to tdma cust care where guess what?!?WE HAVE TO BREAK PAR RULES AND TRANSFER!! stan sigmund is getting printed copies of my par reports with transfer rate highlighted, and a request for $1 for each .01 that my transfer rate is over the acceptable 15.00%, otherwise hired goons remove his toenails one by one with rusty pliers, and 1-900#s will be forwarde to his home and office #s,Correct the system or scrap par transfers completely it is irrelevant to doing job correctly....rant over 😈
...
chances are: 85% of calls will go to blue TDMA_> and we transfer to prepaid, now a 5-10 minute wait always, and they dont have a 1-800#, just an internal transfer, from our centre its 59718
...
well they do have a 1800 number...its just the same as postpaid and mostly get postpaid.
...
1-800-888-7600 get the most hated (but i love the name!) -*Robot Girl*-, and if they get cofused by the options presented-it goes to -drum roll--ME tdma customer care and again we transfer to 59718 tdma prepaid, yay transfer % 👿
