I would play Star Wars, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, this would hopefully persuade people to NOT call with their stupid issues and just write them in or e-mail them.

I agree Spanish Care hold music is best. Everyone asks why I always warm transfer to Spanish. First off, they are required to be bilingual, and the awesome hold music. So far I remember hearing Strawberry Fields Forever and Sergeants Peppers Lonely Hearts.

ever been tempted to bring in your fav music on a MP3 player and when you need to place a cus on hold put the earphone on the speaker and let it rip? imagine the look on peoples faces if they heard hardcore rap or rob zombie while they were on hold
