yea me too!! i just had a lady try to activate a phone i asked for her last name.. she spelled it for me.. i asked her to pronounce it and she said she couldnt she didnt know how to.. i was like you cant say your own last name?? she no its very hard.. ok did you just get married? no.. oh ok then youll have to go to cor store with a picture id.. what?? how do you not know how to say your own name?? im going crazy here!!

I've been here since 12:30 CST (it's about 7:10 now) and i've had three calls all day!
