Customer comes in ( WM 20s) "This phone you built for me quit working."
Took the phone apart....nothing but green crud from the battery sending out charges through water.
Sir, you got the phone wet.

I threw the phone in the trash.
"Aren't you even going to try to fix it?"
No Sir, I am going to help people who are not beyond help.

I just recently had a cust that he's too old to care about Cingular screwing him so long as they start using vaseline... nearly laughed my ass off

had a cust just now and she wanted to know why she was billed for add. mins. because she "assumed" from the TV ads that she had MTM. Cust is on 1 year contract and I advised that her plan does not include MTM, it's only on certain plans and they have to be 2 years. Advised that I would not be able to adjust her account because she wanted credit for the $200. WHy do dumb people call me? Res didnt give it to her either 🤣

just had a call where this lady freaked at me cause her phone was dead and woulnd't do anything.... i told her to power the phone on....

me: o.k. did you have the cust powrcycle?
csr: yeah.
me: o.k. send the cust on through.
csr: mr.cust here is tech.
me😲.k. mr.cust is that phone on or off right now?
mr.cust: on.
me😲.k. i'm just going to need you to turn it off please.
mr.cust: i'm talking to you on it.

How do you xfer to tech? We always have to bridge calls. We get that scenario all the time with SST.

sst:cust cant make or recieve calls
csr: did you have the customer remove the battery and SIM
sst:yes, still cant make calls.
csr:transfer the customer over
sst:customer, rep have a nice day
csr: Customer can I ask you to remove the battery and sim one more time for me?
Cust: you want me to remove the battery?
csr:Yes please.

and I thought you said customer wasn't on the phone.

I had a customer say to me I want you to check the lines on your wireless service for me I think they are broken.

So I reached up in the Air grabbed air gave it a firm shake and said ok I checked they are fine.

Customer believed me and hung up.
