DAMN QA!!!

because i said to a customer I CAN HELP YOU WITH THAT instead of SORRY FOR ..... i got unresolved!!! grrr hiss i'm disputing that on monday with my QA guy!!

Yea, some QA agents are like that they think they can do that, when in fact, they can not. The QA manager said they can not take points away for you not saying SORRY.
