activation fee

does anyone know bout this or seen this, i have a customer on the line right now walking through a migration over the internet and when it comes to the activation fee it shows 36 bucks rather than 18 any body else run into this?

it honestly would not surprise me, i rember 1 day on the website they have a phone for like 50 bucs and it acutally said retail price was 0 bucks

Yeah, I have. It means they went to the wrong link originally, and they are now being processed as a new customer upgrade. Means they went the wrong way.

also if they clicked to see the details of the plan it will show $36 for an activation, but it will only charge them &18 at the checkout.

or the system has placed a sub-order. I have gotten that error on the last 3 migs. i've tried to do on the website. order the phone, pick the rate plan then it goes back to order the phone and then i get error about a suborder and sometimes the activation fee is $36 instead of $18

yah it jsut said that activation fee was 36 bucks and i was under her log in i didnt process migration becasue were not able to do it online for cust but ya
