how do i disable active incidents of screenpop? does that make sence? i'm logged in to my phone but i want to use screen pop. i konw i go in to a folder and delete something but i can't find it 😕

try going nder programs> windows explorer> C-"whatever"> CCS and or desktop. you should check both just dont delete the one that says SpLogin or you'll be screwed. All the other ones are deletable. Then log off your phone and screen pop will work

Well so far this morning I need to go home, getting very angry because customers are treating me like crap so far.
Call 1. Short call (of couse my fault)
Call 2: Lady calls in saying this was an emergency call. It seems her daughter stole her car and phone and she has every FBI agent and state trooper searching for her (note: her daughter seems to be more important that the president), and she wants me to trace the phone (note: the phone is turned off). Adv "Sorry we do not have the ability to trace these older types of phones". She blows up yelling extremely loud "WELL YOU SURE CAN TRACE ME WHEN YOU SEND ME A BILL, YOU MOTHER******!". I'm like "OK! have a nice day then", but she replies "F you to you a******" and hangs up like a...
