I have too many bills. But i'm generally happy. There's always food on my table and as long as my bills are paid, my credit record is safe for another month and there's a pack of smokes in my purse I'm ok. That's when I consider myself well taken care of.

ah yes!! but do you love calls from Sieble (which i STILL dont know what they do) ... and you tell them ... i can't take the call until i know the issue, please go back and ask the customer and then i will gladly talk to them if i am the right department .... and BAM!!! BLIND TRANSFER!!! .... stupid sieble .... ahh haaaa dumb yankee just called in saying she was charged twice, she sent a cheque and the money was automatically deducted from her chequing account as well .... well ma'am, if your THAT dumb, don't write cheques .... i tried explaining we have to take the money from her bank account but she didn't catch on

I had a sieble rep call me asking to pick up a gsm account. ummmm I'm digital. And recently I've had gsm reps with Axys asking me how to find info. Here's a hint, don't give people systems they don't know how to use. It's just going to cause problems.

I just had a Save Team Rep who refused to take the call becuase the customer wanted a sup to call him back. Since that sup did not call him back he wanted to cancel. He also couldn't get a blue phone or more mins in the plans for Cingualr or a free phone with no contract and to be gaurenteed 100% coverage 100% of the time. She said that it had to be escalated to a sup. This rep even gave me a primus ID saying that no matter what if they say that they want to cancel directly just get them to the save team. Whichis what I did but apparently I was wrong. Hung up on that one and called back and talked with someone who could actually do her job!
