Yea, screen pop doesn't work for us in GSM. We have access to it but it doesn't work with siebel.. only axys.

I switched from tdma to gsm and honestly they should take that damn auto system out cuz we always gotta revid everything anyway...........but i guess it's just another ploy to piss off customers so they either migrate or cancel. Right up there with blocking migrations now too!!!! STupid freaking company!

Uh all you have to do is uncheck "Auto Pop" so that when then next caller comes through it does not bring up the account and mess up your notes.

Unless you don't have that option. My screen pop is...wierd. More like a preliminary version of the program everyone else uses.

(I'm not making this up: my main source-of-everything-computer saw my screen-pop and said "What the hell? Is that screen-pop?")
