Well now, I've been getting calls from cust's wondering why they have text messaging for 19.99 which they didn't order. Check events and low and behold, a store rep has been adding this commisionable feature to random accts. In events, he is listed as Inactive, so either he quit and decided to get some extra commission or he got caught. Either way, watch out! I think his name was Devon or something. *sigh*
